The crimp fold is made up of two breaklines which will be folded inwards against each other. If you want to do a crimp fold do first a swivel fol and a horizontally valley and mountain fold so that the folding meets the first at the spine. Open it slightly and push the piece of paper below the swifvel fold between the layers of the other half.

The bend depends on the chosen angle. The bigger the angle between the two foldings is the larger the bend will be.
